Rural Professional Technology Association Sichuan Muchuan Konjac Science and Technology Institute". 

The co-constructors are Sichuan Association for Science and Technology, Southwest University, Sichuan 

Agricultural Technology Association, Leshan City Association for Science and Technology, and Muchuan 

County Association for Science and Technology , Valid for three years.

     After the establishment of the science and technology institute, it must strengthen supervision in

Alliance Management Measures", promote various construction work, build a platform for government,
